We stayed home for our Father's day dinner instead of going to the restaurant. We feasted on a very sumptuous meal and we didn't have to deal with the crowd and long waiting list of the restaurants.
Hubby grilled steak and some bratswurst. I made the stir fry veggies and baked potato. Hubby and daughter had a bowl of ice cream for dessert.

I have plenty of fresh water fish in our freezer. Hubby and I enjoys fishing and we keep the fish that we caught. Sometimes we caught a bunch sometimes we caught a few but we always bring home fish every weekend thus I have a large stash in our freezer.
I decided to cook some fish with coconut milk and vinegar. It turned out so good. I added some okra on the top to make it a more filling dish.
It was very delicious.

Dried fish is a Filipino's favorite. For Americans who are not used to it, this is something really stinky. Even my hubby who got used to me eating this stuff still thinks this is just too stinky. Thankfully he doesn't mind if I cook them. As he says "as long I don't eat them". We all have preferences and I don't force hubby to eat whatever food I want and he does the same to me too.
