Thanks to Cacai for this Argentina Corned Beef. This was her pasalubong when she went home to visit Philippines.I sauteed garlic and onion, added the corned beef and added beaten egg. Perfect with rice!
It is too bad that Argentina corned beef is not available in any Filipino nor Asian stores here. I swear when I will get home I will bring quite a few.
