Salted Duck Eggs

When we went to the Filipino Store, we saw salted duck eggs so of course, I wouldn't let this opportunity to pass by for me to eat salad salted duck eggs. We bought a couple and yes I enjoyed eating them.
Salad salted duck eggs is very common in the dining table of the Filipinos. So, obviously I miss eating it. Here's how I made my salad salted duck eggs.

vinegar
dash of pepper
Directions:
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the insides of it using spoon.
- Mix together with onions and tomatoes.
- Add vinegar and season with black pepper
- Mix well and serve.

These devil eggs are from my Mom Lori's kitchen. We ate these (together with smoked ribs, french fries, baked beans and garlic bread) when we had our dinner yesterday. They invited us for dinner so that I don't need to cook since we will be traveling today.

Boiled eggs
Sweet Pickle relish
mayonnaise
