Rice and Gravy

I eat a lot of rice. Being a Filipino, eating rice three times a day is natural. I eat rice on everything. My husband has learned to eat more rice too. He likes to eat his rice with gravy. I prefer mine to be plain.

Sometimes, I make homemade gravy. For the times that I want it easy, this is hubby's favorite gravy...

Three more days and it is Christmas. We may not have a festive Christmas celebration compared to the ones I am used to in the Philippines, but we will surely have our own Christmas Tradition.
