Grilled Bacon Wrapped Sirloin

This is a the first time we tried this and it turned out pretty good. For easy cooking, you can buy a pre-packed bacon wrapped sirloin (for a higher price). If you want to save you can do it yourself. For this recipe, we bought the pre-packed ones. You can do the following too:

Ingredients:
Sirloin (cut in cubes)
Bacon
string
dale seasoning
pepper

Directions:
  • Wrapped the cut sirloins with bacon. Tie it with the strings.
  • Season with pepper and marinade with dale seasoning.
  • Grill for 15 minutes (you can cook it longer too)
  • Flip as often as possible
  • When done, cut the strings
  • Serve.

Grilled Veggies

Now that we have a grill, we no longer eat junk during weekends. We grilled something and have bonding moments while grilling. Of course, the original chef (which is ME) is on day off during weekends which means... Dave cooked all these.

For this week we decided to cook skewers. We skewered beef, and grilled some veggies.

Picture above shows grilled green bell pepper, grilled sliced potatoes and grilled onions...

Food Trip Friday #13

Happy Friday everyone! Let's feast our eyes again this week. Join me and other food trippers as we discover different food this week as submitted by Food Trip Friday participants.

GRILLED LIEMPO

I miss eating grilled liempo with soysauce/kalamansi/onion/ginger/ sawsawan. Anyway, when I visited my cousin in Bergen, New Jersey they served us with plenty of grilled liempo. Of course, I was so happy to finally have some grilled liempo in America.
